GCash at Bigbunny

GCash

GCash is the e-wallet name many players in the Philippines look for first when they open a casino cashier. This page explains what to check before you use it at Bigbunny, how a GCash deposit and a withdrawal to GCash usually run, and what changed for e-wallets in 2025. One thing up front: we cannot confirm that GCash is offered for your Bigbunny account. The set of payment methods and the limits depend on the operator and the account type — check in the cashier.

How a GCash deposit usually works

When a casino cashier supports an e-wallet, the payment starts on the casino's side. You log in to Bigbunny, open the cashier, choose GCash if it is listed, and type the amount in pesos. The cashier then hands you over to a payment page — sometimes a QR code to scan, sometimes a redirect — and you approve the payment in your own GCash app. Before you confirm, read the name of the merchant or payment partner on the approval screen: it is often a payment company rather than the casino brand, and that is normal, but it should be the one the cashier told you to expect. Keep the reference number until the balance shows the deposit.

Why there is no casino button in your GCash app

In August 2025 the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Memorandum M-2025-029. Banks and e-wallets supervised by the BSP had to remove in-app links that redirected account holders to gambling sites from their mobile apps and websites, pending a BSP policy on online gambling payment services. So do not look for a gambling tile inside GCash, and treat any message offering one as suspicious. Whether the BSP has finalized its follow-up policy is something we have not been able to confirm; if it changes what wallets may process, the cashier is where you will see the effect first.

Withdrawing to GCash

A withdrawal runs the other way and takes longer, because the operator reviews it before any money moves. Three things decide whether a payout to GCash goes through smoothly. The wallet must be in your own name, the same name as your Bigbunny account; operators do not pay third parties. Your identity check should already be finished — a government-issued photo ID such as the PhilID or ePhilID is the usual starting point. And any active bonus must have its wagering completed, or the balance stays locked. Payout times and the minimum and maximum withdrawal for GCash are shown in the cashier, not on review sites.

Limits and fees: two sets of rules

Two parties can limit a GCash payment. The operator sets its own minimum and maximum per transaction, per day or per month, and may charge for some withdrawals. Your wallet can also apply limits of its own, which often depend on how fully your wallet account is verified. If a deposit is declined, check both before trying again: a repeated attempt rarely fixes a limit problem and can trigger a security hold. The amount credited to your casino balance should equal the amount debited from GCash when both are in pesos; if it does not, the transaction history shows where the difference went.

Keeping your GCash account safe

Never share your MPIN or a one-time PIN, with anyone, for any reason — not with "casino support", not with an agent offering a bonus, not with us. Real cashier payments are approved by you inside your own app. Be wary of chat accounts that ask you to send money to a personal GCash number to "load" a casino balance: that is not how an operator's cashier works, and money sent that way is very hard to recover. If you have set a deposit limit at Bigbunny, also consider keeping a separate, small wallet balance for play, so that topping up is a decision rather than a tap.
